A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Nara Lee at the University of Pittsburgh. Our research is focused on uncovering the molecular mechanisms of Epstein-Barr virus expressed non-coding RNAs. We apply cutting-edge technologies entailing next-generation sequencing to study RNA-RNA, RNA-protein, and RNA-chromatin interactions. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a PhD in RNA biology or a related discipline. Ideally, the candidate will have expertise in bioinformatic analysis of deep-sequencing data.

The start date for this position is summer/fall 2020. Funding is available for two years with the possibility of extension.
